Terms & Conditions

  1. All tickets sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. We will not accept expired tickets and strictly no revalidation is allowed.
  2. We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen tickets.
  3. We shall be entitled to cancel or terminate our obligations to fulfil any order, for any reason whatsoever, even after an order is paid for by the customer, with or without notice and we shall not be liable to any party for such termination or cancellation. In such event, we shall refund to the customer the ticket price.
  4. We shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect and/or consequential losses, damages, injuries suffered by you within our premises, arising from any acts or omissions of Float@ The Bay, its staff and/or its other customers/patrons whether those acts or omissions were negligent or otherwise.
  5. We reserve the right to add, delete and/ vary any of these terms and conditions, at any time, at its absolute discretion.
  6. In the event of dispute, the decision made by the Management of Float @ The Bay shall be final, conclusive and binding.
